Our latest great news

To whom it may concern,

We wish to share our latest great news – the Sale of our Home by Michael Sleiman from Daystar First National at Padstow.

Our journey to completion started some months ago after an informal discussion with Michael at a nearby Open House where we were simply feeling the market.

Not wishing to enter the Market or to commence any action of a sale, Michael visited us late that afternoon. He arrived with a prepared document of our property including latest sales and current information of the area, a most informative document. From that visit we decided to proceed to enter into a sales program and signed a contract with Michael.

Michael then commenced on his efficient sales campaign and took inviting pictures of our home and arranged for colour signage and great advertisements on the web.

Part of Michaels’s campaign was the Open House concept, which proved very efficient and did not impact on our busy schedules during the week, and the focus onto the property was on a Saturday.

Interest grew very quickly, and offers were made and we were surprised that so much interest our property during the recent Global Financial Crisis.

We have now sold the property after only 4 months and are settling very soon.

The impact was immediate!

It is very easy for someone to put down all the superlatives that they can think of into a letter, but not mean a word of it. This is a little bit different, everything written here is really just a true reflection of what Michael did off his own back, without any prompting to us whatsoever.
